• Non-refundable booking fee
• Property must be at least 5 miles from any airport
• Weather, sunlight, wind, cloud cover, and other environmental factors may impact footage quality
• We reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are unsafe or do not allow safe drone operation
• Pricing assumes a clear line of sight, no tree/powerline obstructions
• FAA regulations and airspace restrictions may limit flight capabilities in some areas

Additional Terms

• All sales are final. Due to the time, preparation, and FAA compliance involved in every flight, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, weather delays, or dissatisfaction with footage quality resulting from environmental conditions or editing.
• We do our best to schedule on ideal days, but quality may be affected by sunlight, wind, cloud cover, shadows, glare, seasonal changes, or other uncontrollable factors.
• Client accepts all footage “as-is.” We do not guarantee specific lighting, shot angles, or weather conditions.
• In cases where weather or conditions prevent safe flight, rescheduling will be offered at no additional charge.

Media Rights & Usage

All footage and images are the sole property of the provider. Clients are granted limited, non-transferable rights to use the media for personal or business marketing purposes only (e.g. MLS listings, websites, social media, print materials). Resale, redistribution, licensing, or use by third parties is strictly prohibited without written permission.

By booking a service, the client grants the provider unrestricted, worldwide rights to use the footage for promotional, portfolio, or commercial use.
