+ $99/hour – Extended drone flight time (e.g., for properties with trees, obstacles, or difficult terrain)

Pay at Closing Option & Terms

• Initial Payment: Only 50% due at time of booking
• Balance Due: The remaining balance is due at closing or within 60 days, whichever is sooner.
• Service Fee: A $99 convenience fee applies to the Pay-at-Closing option
• Late Payment: A 20% late fee per month applies to overdue balances after 60 days.

Terms & Disclaimers

  • Non-refundable booking fee.
  • For flights within 5 miles of an airport, we are required to obtain proper authorization from the FAA.
  • Weather, sunlight, wind, cloud cover, and other environmental factors may impact footage quality.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are unsafe or do not allow safe drone operation.
  • Pricing assumes a clear line of sight with no tree or powerline obstructions.
  • FAA regulations and airspace restrictions may limit flight capabilities in some areas.

Additional Terms

  • All sales are final. Due to the dedicated appointments and pre-flight preparation required to adhere to FAA regulations for each mission, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, weather delays, or dissatisfaction with editing resulting from footage quality caused by environmental conditions.
  • We do our best to schedule on ideal days, but quality may be affected by factors such as sunlight, wind, cloud cover, shadows, glare, seasonal changes, or other uncontrollable elements.
  • Client accepts all footage “as-is." We cannot guarantee specific lighting or shot angles, as these are dependent on weather conditions such as sun, wind, and other elements beyond our control.
  • In cases where weather or conditions prevent safe flight, rescheduling will be offered at no additional charge.

Media Rights & Usage

All footage and images are the sole property of the provider. Clients are granted limited, non-transferable rights to use the media for personal or business marketing purposes only (e.g. MLS listings, websites, social media, print materials). Resale, redistribution, licensing, or use by third parties is strictly prohibited without written permission.

By booking a service, the client grants the provider unrestricted, worldwide rights to use the footage for promotional, portfolio, or commercial use.
